Part Of Lake Tahoe Compound In “Godfather Two” Is For Sale, For $3.7 Million

(Homewood, CA) – Part of the Lake Tahoe compound that’s featured in “The Godfather Two” is up for sale for just over three-point-seven-million-dollars. “Residence 13” is one of the newer chateaus that was built on the Fleur Du Lac property, which was the West Coast outpost of character Michael Corleone.

The house sits on land that was the backdrop to many scenes in the movie, including the first communion that Corleone threw for his son. The nearby lake is where the Fredo death scene took place with the geese flying overhead.

Realtors say they expect the three-bedroom 37-hundred-square-foot home to sell within two months or so.
