Sephora Drops Lori Loughlin’s Daughter Amid College Scandal

(Los Angeles, CA-AP) — The fallout from the college cheating scandal continues for the daughter of actress Lori Loughlin.

The makeup company Sephora has reportedly dropped its partnership with Olivia Jade. TMZ is reporting that the 19-year old YouTube star was behind a product called the Olivia Jade x Sephora palette and the partnership has been terminated, effective immediately.

Loughlin and her husband are accused of handing over around half a million dollars in bribes so their kids can get into USC.

Pat McGrath’s cosmetic company, Pat McGrath Labs, has reached an estimated valuation of $1 billion, surpassing the $800 million dollar value that Forbes placed on Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics. WWD reported the value of McGrath’s business.

Her ascent to the pinnacle of fashion began in the 1990s with an introduction to legendary lensman Steven Meisel by supermodel Amber Valleta. Fast friends and symbiotic collaborators, they’ve created every cover and lead editorial story for every issue of Vogue Italia, indisputably iconic images for leading global publications and countless brand-defining campaigns.

McGrath as expected is elated about reaching this level of success. She said in a statement that it had been her “dream to create an iconic beauty brand that goes beyond the usual limitations, that lives outside the parameters of what is expected.”
