(New York, NY) – What looked like a good time for Cuba Gooding Jr. is turning into a nightmare. The actor was partying in New York City Sunday night inside the Magic House Rooftop Bar when a woman says he sexually assaulted her.

Prior to the assault, Cuba was filmed singing, drinking, taking selfies and partying it up.
Gooding went back to L.A. and has not made any statement on the allegation. But reportedly, he will be arrested when he returns to New York.

(Chicago, IL) – There was much speculation that R.Kelly would be arrested on a no-bond warrant preventing the singer from seeing his freedom likely ever again. But that wasn’t the case as the multi-platinum recording artist walked of a Chicago area jail after a few days in custody on sexual abuse charges.
Kelly was seen exiting jail grounds with his attorney and that’s it. No security was on hand to help the Grammy winner get through the mob of media that was waiting for him. He didn’t have any words for the reporters.
Kelly, born Robert Kelly, turned himself in on Friday after being indicted on accusations he sexually abused several underage girls as well as a woman between 1998 and 2010. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Kelly hopped in a van, somewhere changed clothes and was later spotted at an area McDonald’s and a cigar bar called BIGGs. Kelly’s freedom could be compromised again if he doesn’t pay 160k in back child support by March 6th.

(Washington, DC) – A ruling on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was said to be set for Thursday but testimony by a woman accusing Kavanaugh of attempting to rape her when they were teenagers may derail any chance of an appointment.
Kavanaugh has received heavy criticism for his stance on abortion rights among other things but it seems like a republican heavy senate was willing to ignore facts and push him on through. That was, of course, until Dr.. Christine Blasey Ford came forward with accusations against Kavanaugh that include attempted rape.
The federal judge is denying the allegations, but Ford says it did in fact happen and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley says Ford deserves to be heard. Ford will detail her sexual assault claims on Monday.
(Los Angeles, CA) – A woman claimed singer Nick Carter of Backstreet Boys fame forced her into a bathroom in 2003 and forced himself on her. But reportedly, the charge or a potential case won’t see the light of day because the statue of limitations ran out in 2013.
Carter has maintained that he was innocent saying the sex was consensual. Quite sure he’s relieved to know he no longer has to worry about facing possible rape charges.
