(New York, NY-AP) – Taylor Swift is the highest paid woman in music. The Me! singer takes the top spot on Forbes list, after earning 185-million-dollars before taxes last year.
Beyonce is in second place, earning 81-million-dollars, while Rihanna comes in third with 62-million-dollars. The 29-year-old Swift earned most of her money from her Reputation stadium tour, which grossed 266-million-dollars, a U.S.-record.
She also has a nine-figure deal with Republic Records.
(London) –– British royalty meets Hollywood royalty at the Lion King premiere in London. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were at the premiere last night, and mingled with Lion King star Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z.
Beyonce reportedly talked with the Duchess of Sussex about her new baby, Archie. Other celebrities at the premiere included Seth Rogen, Elton John, Taron Egerton and Vin Diesel. The new live-action version of The Lion King hits U.S. theaters this Thursday.

The unannounced 38-track live album is from her 2018 performance at Coachella.

(Los Angeles, CA – AP) – The life of slain rapper Nipsey Hussle was celebrated by thousands in Los Angeles yesterday. Over 21-thousand people attended his memorial service at Staples Center.
His longtime girlfriend Lauren London delivered the eulogy, and called him the love of her life. Rapper Snoop Dogg and singer Stevie Wonder also took the stage to pay tribute to the rapper. Beyonce and Jay Z were also in attendance along with Kendrick Lamar, The Game and other celebs.
It was reportedly days ago that Nipsey born Ermias Asghedom had signed a management deal with Jay Z’s Rock Nation.
Stevie Wonder and singers Jhene Aiko, Anthony Hamilton and Marsha Ambrosius all performed.
Lauren’s son with Lil Wayne, Kameron Carter, also stole everyone’s hearts as he talked about a dream he had about Nipsey a couple of days after his death.
The service was followed by a funeral procession through the streets of South L.A. Hussle was shot and killed outside his L.A. clothing store on March 31st. He was 33.
(AP) – Beyonce was in India over the weekend performing for the country’s richest man. She sang at a pre-wedding ceremony for the daughter of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani, who is worth over 47 billion dollars.
Beyonce shared a photo of herself in Indian-inspired clothing that she wore to the event on Instagram yesterday. Some of the guests at the high-profile event were Hilary Clinton, and Huffington Post co-founder Arianna Huffington.
(AP) – Beyonce is taking on Toni Braxton for Halloween. Queen Bey shared a photo on social media of herself re-creating the R&B singer’s cover of her 1993 self-titled debut album. She called herself “Phoni Braxton,” and called the real Braxton a talented legend with God-given talent.
Toni Braxton said in response that Beyonce looks better on the album cover than she did, and called her a superstar.
(AP) — There are reports George Zimmerman has threatened rap mogul Jay-Z and his superstar wife Beyonce.
Jay-Z is the producer of a new documentary about Trayvon Martin, the teenager Zimmerman shot and killed while acting as a Neighborhood Watch volunteer in Florida. The celebrity news website The Blast reports Zimmerman insulted and threatened Jay-Z and Beyonce in text messages to a private investigator.
Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder in the 2012 shooting death of the unarmed 17-year-old African-American.
(AP) — Beyonce and Jay-Z will be giving away over one million dollars to help students in need pay for college. The hip-hop couple will be giving 100-thousand dollars to one high school senior from eleven different cities they’ll be stopping at on their On the Run II tour. Each student will be selected by the local Boys & Girls Club.
The cities they’ll be selected from include Atlanta, Los Angeles, Houston, Phoenix and Miami. The donations are a collaboration of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s charities, the BeyGOOD initiative and The Shawn Carter Foundation.

In the September issue of Vogue, the pop superstar writes she was swollen from toxemia and had been on bed rest for more than a month, when doctors said her health and the babies’ health were in danger. She added they spent many weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Beyonce also admits she has a little mommy pouch and is in no rush to get rid of it.
