(Monrovia, CA-AP) — A house in the Los Angeles suburb of Monrovia is becoming a tourist attraction for fans of Netflix’s latest hit Bird Box. Droves of visitors are showing up to the home, where Sandra Bullock’s character used to hideout in the movie.
Some are taking pictures, re-enacting scenes and even peeking in. At least one neighbor who lives in the area says some of the visitors have been a bit disrespectful, blocking the street at times.
This comes as Netflix warned fans not to hurt themselves taking on the so-called Bird Box Challenge, in which people have been going outside and doing things around their home while wearing blindfolds like the characters in the movie.

(AP) – Jay-Z is reportedly trying to convince Travis Scott to back out of his 2019 Super Bowl halftime performance. The rapper will be taking the stage alongside Maroon 5, the headlining act, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta in February.
Jay-Z wants him to pull out, though, because of the NFL’s handling of players kneeling during the National Anthem to protest police brutality. Maroon 5 has reportedly been having a hard time finding musical guests who want to perform with them, because artists reportedly don’t want to be associated with the league.
(Los Angeles, CA-AP) — Rapper Offset is explaining why he crashed his ex, Cardi B’s, set at the 2018 Rolling Loud Los Angeles music festival over the weekend. He walked out on stage with a cake and a bouquet of flowers that spelled out “take me back Cardi,” and told her he’s willing to do whatever it takes to show her he loves her.
She then had the flowers taken away, and kept performing. Offset said on Twitter later that he wanted to make his apologies public, just like all of his wrongs have been made public. He also said in an Instagram video that all he wanted for his birthday was for he and Cardi B to get back together. The Bodak Yellow rapper announced that they were separating earlier this month. The two got married last year, and have one child together.
(AP) – Cardi B is shutting down the rumor that her and rapper Offset’s break-up is just a publicity stunt. She said in an Instagram Live session over the weekend that she would never put her family in a bad name.
She also said the relationship was not fake, and they were truly in love. Cardi B and Offset are married, and share a five-month-old daughter. Cardi B announced that they were splitting up last week.

(New York, NY) – Just go home and stay in the house for a bit. When trouble finds you wherever you go, sometimes that’s a hint that you need to sit down for a bit. Just as Rapper Tekashi69 tried to breath a sigh of relief after being sentenced to 4 years probation on a charge of using a 13-year old child in a sexual performance, the rapper might face a new charge or civil suit after a man was shot at his ‘jail-avoidance party’.Police say it happened after two men approached the rapper’s entourage and got into an altercation after being rejected entry. It was Friday at Philippe Chow’s restaurant in Manhattan. Authorities say after Zachary Bunce and Faheem Walter were turned away they came back and started a brawl. Chairs were thrown and one of Tekashi69’s security guards shot Faheem Walter in the abdomen. He is said to be in stable condition.
Bunce and Walter were arrested.
