(Bellefont, PA-AP) — Three former Penn State fraternity brothers are going to jail for the death of a pledge who died drunk two years ago. The three will serve sentences running from 30 days to three months. Another will serve three months of house arrest.

More than a dozen former Beta Theta Pi frat brothers have now been sentenced in the death of Timothy Piazza, who died in February of 2017. The Penn State chapter of the fraternity was shut down after the 19-year-old pledge’s hazing death.
