(London, England) – Britain’s Prince Philip is said to be just fine after escaping injury in a car crash and passing a breathalyzer test with flying colors.
Police say the 97-year-old Duke of Edinburgh was behind the wheel when his SUV collided with another vehicle Thursday and flipped on its side near the Royal family’s Sandringham estate.
Buckingham Palace said Philip was not injured. The other driver and her passenger were treated for minor injuries at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and released. Prince Philip is father to Prince Charles and the grandfather of Prince William and Prince Harry.
