Linkin Park Plays First Show Since Death Of Lead Singer

(SL) – The rock band Linkin Park is honoring the memory of their late lead singer Chester Bennington with a tribute concert.

Last night, the band held their first concert since the death of Bennington in a three-hour show at the Hollywood Bowl in L.A. Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda said doing the show was one of the hardest things they’ve ever had to do.

The sold-out show was live streamed on YouTube. Other acts like Blink-182, Machine Gun Kelly, members of Echosmith and System of a Down also paid tribute to the late rock icon. The 41-year-old Bennington committed suicide on July 20th.
